Many of you are familiar with Michelle Bendetti's wonderfully aromatic
Bramble & Co Candles. She adorns our shop at Seaside with special holiday themed soy wax candles as well as yummy every day scents.
Michelle developed her sweet candle line as an in-home soy wax candle company on Balboa Island in 2012. What started as a fun hobby soon became a full fledged business.
She has always specialized in 100% soy wax candles-all hand poured in a variety of vessels with all clean burning fragrances and all cotton wicks.
Several years ago, Michelle began to offer fun and informative candle making workshops and parties in her studio in the Pelican Courtyard adjacent to Seaside Gallery and Goods in Newport Beach, CA. These parties have expanded to the nearby courtyard in order to celebrate birthdays, bridal and baby showers, fund raisers and parent/child activities and even on location parties!
In addition to workshops and parties - Michelle enjoys filling custom candle orders. From high end luxury men’s magazines to surf shops and everything in between-creating a custom signature candle that reflects a brand or look is the company’s forte. Michelle loves the process of working with a customer to select a vessel, designing printed labels including gold foils and linen paper on letter press, and creating signature fragrances specific to each customer.
The local community has been incredibly supportive of Bramble & Co which is why she gives back and always supports local businesses. And as
Peter Benenson- the founder of Amnesty International - once said- It’s better to burn a candle than to curse the darkness”. So that is what we do!!
If you're looking for a special gift or a custom order or want to sign up for a workshop feel free to reach out to Michelle. She welcomes your call or visit to Seaside Gallery & Goods and her Studio at 124 Tustin Avenue, Unit #104, Newport Beach, CA in the Pelican Courtyard.
We are thrilled to have Michelle as part of the Seaside tribe.
