Sometimes it only takes one new ingredient to inspire a fresh weeknight recipe or make cocktail hour just a little more fun. Our in-house foodie Vicki Wadman of What's In Stock has been busy sourcing and taste-testing some amazing new products that will add plenty of cooking inspiration to your kitchen repertoire.
Packed with high quality vinegars and oils, jams, spices, sauces and dips – this is a collection that's just as high on style as it is taste. You'll find bottled and labeled sauces that are pretty enough to leave out on the counter. But we would bet they wouldn't last long. These are the kind you can't resist and will want to open and scoop up with a spoon!
All products are made in small batches, supporting independent and emerging producers and makers from all over the country, who have carefully crafted their recipes to bring us lots of nuanced flavors in every bite.
We love it when our customers swing by on their lunch hour for a refill on their favorite olive oil and tell us about all the fun recipes they are making nightly with it!
Keep an eye out for Vicki's famous granola! It flies out of the shop just as fast as she can bring it in.
